The Government Playing G-d

I have just read a very disturbing article on Foxnews Website. The article explains what the government's plan is in the case of an emergency such as a flu epidemic. Now i can understand being prepared and putting in place a contingency plan for catastrophic times. But when the government comes in and says who will get health care and who will not in such an event. I have major problems with this.

Here are parts of the story from Foxnews:
"Who will die in the event of a pandemic? The very old, seriously hurt, severely burned and those with severe dementia, according to an influential group of physicians.
The group has drafted a grimly specific list of recommendations for which patients wouldn't be treated.
The suggested list was compiled by a task force whose members come from prestigious universities, medical groups, the military and government agencies. They include the Department of Homeland Security, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Department of Health and Human Services.
To prepare, hospitals should designate a triage team with the Godlike task of deciding who will and who won't get lifesaving care, the task force wrote. Those out of luck are the people at high risk of death and a slim chance of long-term survival. But the recommendations get much more specific, and include:
— People older than 85.
— Those with severe trauma, which could include critical injuries from car crashes and shootings.
— Severely burned patients older than 60.
— Those with severe mental impairment, which could include advanced Alzheimer's disease.
— Those with a severe chronic disease, such as advanced heart failure, lung disease or poorly controlled diabetes."

So just know that if you ever find yourself with any of the above conditions and a pandemic breaks out, your government has at this point sold you out and said that you are not worth treating.

When government gets to the point where it thinks it is G-d, and believes that it can control who is worth living and who should die, it has crossed a very dangerous line. The governments only role is to protect us, nothing more. It is time we push back and make this corrupt, self-righteous, over zealous government adhere to the laws that confine them. THE CONSTITUTION.

If we do not begin to stand up, we will begin to live in a direct likeness of the Socialist Society of old, where people who were felt to be inferior were carted off to camp to live out their days in pain, punishment and death. Need a reminder, look up Nazi Germany of the 30's and 40's. If they felt you were inferior to them (the only criteria you had to meet was A) A Jew, B) Spoke Against the Government, C)Didn't do as you were told), you were forced to live off of food that they wouldn't even feed their dogs, forced to build roads, forced to carry off your own dead people that they gassed, and many more things that should have never happened. We need to heed the past so it doesn't return to the present!
