Sorry to all my readers for the infrequency here lately on my posts. I went from once a day to 2 -3 times a month. I am going to make it a priority in the New Year to get back to posting once a day again. I am not even going to make excuses for my absence. It is just a busy time of year.
But it seems like we are on the cusp of yet another of many to come Bail Outs for American Businesses. Now as most of you know, i am thoroughly dead set against any sort of bail out. I am a firm believer in the Free Market System. A free market system will have its peaks and valleys but it will overcome them all in short time if the government would just keep its nose out of it. Not too mention that it will rebound much faster will far less long term effect.
So with that being said Curious George Bush is pushing for 17 billion to be pumped into the failing big 3 US Automakers. Now there are many reasons for why the big 3 are failing. 1) the Unions have priced there salaries so high that the company has a harder time putting a fairly priced auto into the market. (Face it, an imported car costs the same in the US as a domestically produced car ). 2) the big 3 have an ego problem, they think like the government in that they believe that they know what the American public want and need. They also believe the American public are idiots, ones that will allow their auto needs to be dictated to them. 3) their product is substandard when put up against the foriegn auto makers. 4) Thier business model stinks and thier business is poorly run (Keep readig and you'll see proof)
- I saw a report somewhere in the last week. I believe it was for the year 2006. It compared GM and Toyota in the US. Both companies sold 9.3 million cars during that year. I do not remember what the sales figures were. But GM ended the year with a 3 billion dollar deficit, while Toyota ran a 17 billion dollar surplus. Hmmmm why is that. Both companies are in the same market, dealing with the same market variables, selling the same totals but drastically different profit margins. It all boils down to business models. Toyota has a much better and sound business plan. Run by true professionals. Not amateurs that the big 3 run their companies with. Hell i believe any one with half a brain and very limited knowledge of the free market system could make the companies more profitable than what they currently are.
I personally believe that a restructured bankruptcy is the answer for these companies. At which point they would gain leveraging against the unions and other entities to make it more viable in the market. Now i am not saying that the Unions are the main problem. I have given my beliefs above on who and what is the problem. But the answer is not government involvement. Government screws up things very very well. they have streamlined the Screw Up Process in this country. So what makes us and them think that they know what they are doing. CORPORATE WELFARE IS NOT THE ANSWER.
So in closing i will say that i know that this bailout will go through regardless of what the American people say about it. So with that knowledge i have an idea for a chance to the governments plan. Now let me preface by saying that i am against any type of taking from the American people by the government, I am also against any type of handout to people (and businesses). But seeing as to how this is going to happen. I purpose that the government give the big 3 the 17 billion over a 3 year period. But instead of giving the big 3 the money. Let the government buy cars with the money. Use these cars to give to the people (starting with the lowest tax bracket families). Ok let me explain a little. If you take 17 billion dollars, you can buy 1.1 million $15,000 cars. These cars could be used to help the lower income group families (I mean, lets face it, we are going to pay for it regardless, at least this way we are paying for actual product while helping families that would need it.
With the current setup, if we give them the money and the economy does not turn around, what is going to keep them in business. Nothing. They will need more money due to a lack of sales. So if the are producing something for the money they are getting. The jobs of the workers are being protected. The company will have income coming in and the American people will actually get something for the money. So we would be able to help more people differently with the bailout that i don't approve of.
But thats my take. So what are some the ideas the rest of you have on this?

Another Urgggggggggg Moment!
Well as you know i have been pretty silent on the blog front here lately. It is one of those times that i got burnt out from all the constant bombardment that we were all getting from the media leading up to the Election. It just down right pissed me off how the Candidate with the answers to the problems we face wasn't given the time of day in the media. I am of course talking of Bob Barr. He was by far the only person running that had his head on straight (with the exception of Ron Paul of course). So now you know why i have been quiet.
I'm still not back up to par yet though. I am still feeling rather ill from the side effects of the Media Driven Election Pills. but i am sure it will wear off soon. If not, Der Savior the Obamanator will give us all the cure for it.
Enough about that.
I am starting to see reports emerge once again about the lack of constraints of Public Offices. I have talked on this topic many of times, but they just keep coming up. Well here is another example of a Public School System over reaching its bounds and handing down punishment for something they should have no envolvement. But as with all gov'ment agency, they feel it their job to save us from everything. They feel that they should save us from others and even from ourselves. Because they know what we need better than we know ourselves. We are just sheep in the line of slaughter from personal freedom. They feel they have to save us from that, because they feel they have the power to.
Well there is a school in the Seattle area that suspended two cheerleaders from the squad for their actions. Now it is well known that sometimes cheerleaders are not known for making the wisest of decisions. I have known alot that the only thing that they had going for them was their looks and blonde hair, not much else. Now i am not grouping all cheerleaders into that category, before i start getting hate mail.
These 2 cheerleaders were suspended from the squad due to sending nude pics of themselves to other people. One of the pics was reportedly 3 years old and sent to the girls boyfriend at the time. the others were "accidently" sent to the football team (i have my reservations about this, but oh well). Now one of the cheerleaders was suspended from the squad for 30 days, the other for the entire year.
Now let me say that this is probably not the smartest thing for the cheerleaders to do, but like i said thinking capacity is not the best atribute to some cheerleaders.
But why is the school getting envolved. This is something for the family to handle. This is something the parents need to get envolved in to handle the damage control and make sure that nothing sinester happens because of this. This is not a function of the schools to police what students do on thier own time.
Schools are only responsible for the safety of the students during the hours of operation. NOTHING ELSE! It is not even the schools responsibility for the students to learn. That is each students responsiblity. The school is responsible to give the information. If the student wants to learn the informatio nit is up to them (and the parents of course).
So i feel this is a sure sign of things to come with government. Until we rise up and make the Government Accountable to us, we will continue down this road. I have said it many times, but we have to fight for our rights, because if we don't, do you actually think the government will.
We must force the School system that we are forced to bankroll (without any taxpayer over sight) to get out of our lives and make sure that they are constrained against these types of things.

A Challenge
Since the elections are over. now is the time to build on the momentum that the Libertarian Party gained. The party is now on the ballots in 48 state, and from what i here, that is from now on.
So now i think we need to focus on the local area around us. We need to each do our part locally. It will take Name recognition to get this party going. It will take us talking constantly about Our Libertarian Party and Our Ideals.
So i have a challenge for each and everyone of the readers here. Regardless of whether you live in the Upstate of SC or not.
1- Talk to your friends. Anytime Politics comes up as a topic, bring up the Libertarian perspective. Tell them of how you feel the Libertarians would make the situation, in your own words. This will have a humongous impact on the political world.
2 - Start a letter campaign. Start writing Letters To The Editor in your local paper about Your Libertarian Party. Write as often as they will let you. Here in my local paper we have the Letter section and another opinion section. If yours does, send to both of them. Bombard the paper with your writing. (If you write 3 or more that has the word Libertarian in it, then you can log onto www.theadvocates.org and nominate yourself for an award that they do.)
3 - TV. If you can find a way to get on TV to talk your political views, DO IT!
4 - Radio. Call into the local Talk Radio Stations and bring up the Libertarian Party as much as you can. Everyone else calls in to talk of THEIR party. Why don't you call in about YOUR party.
5 - If you do not have a local chapter of the Libertarian Party, look into starting one. And get the name out. Just for the record i am seriously thinking about getting the ball rolling for the county that i am in. I was in the works with it earlier this year, but i got side tracked with everything going on, and dropped the ball.
6 - Challenge those you know to run for Political Office in your local area. Even if it is only for the position of Dog Catcher. We have to start somewhere.
So there is your challenge. So who is up for it? Leave comments to let the other readers know what your plans are. If there is a big enough turnout, I might even have to put in an Awards Program for this.

Salute!
I just wanted to take a moment to say Thank You to all of the Veterans past and present who have put their lives on the line for us. It is because of your sacrifice of time, your body, and ultimately your life, that i can sit here today with the freedoms that we have.
There have been many threats against this Republic that we live in. The threats have gotten bigger and bolder as our history has went along. Some within, some without. But it is because of the people that have put their lives on the line to guarantee our rights for the next generation that we have survived.
So always remember, to the Veterans of this country, you will always be remembered for what you have done for me. I salute you on this day.

A Letter To Americans
Well the election is over finally. Can't say that i am pleased with the outcome, but i figured it would be this way. But here is what i officially have to say.
Dear America,
I would like to say first how happy i am for the sheer volume of voter turnout at the polls yesterday. It is looking like around 70% of registered voters came out to vote. Which i feel is truly spectacular. I think it is spectacular in the sense that a majority of Americans are finally understanding what this right means, and how important it is to take part of this process. I hope this is a sign of things to come when it comes to citizens standing up for the rights that they have.
I would also like to say that i am glad that the American people stood up and made their voices heard on who they thought would be best to run this country. I am disappointed for who the nation picked. But i as a citizen have to stand behind the decision that they made, right or wrong.
I think that the Democratic Party needs to celebrate a little for their win. However to the Democrats i would say to be careful. Be careful of the decisions that you make for the American populace. Your decisions will effect everyone, so take everyones thought into account when you are deciding on what needs to happen in Washington. Listen to your constituents and not the lobbyists. Listen to the conservatives, not just the liberals. Listen to the concerns of the citizens, protect the rights of the citizens.
I think that the Republicans need to think hard as for what got them into this loss. You need to get back to listening to the people in your party. You lost this round not because of being a "Republican", but because you turned back on your base. You turned your back on your ideals, you turned your back on your morals, and lastly you turned your back on your word. Because of your party, we now have one of the biggest deficits in our history, we now have more government control, we have more government involvement in our life, we have less say in our government, we have a poor economy, and we have less rights. All of these things are things that your party has constantly spoke against, but have failed to act on.
I think that the message of the Libertarians will start to take hold in the people that voted yesterday. Libertarians need to fight to get themselves on the televisions across this country on a daily basis, by any means. Libertarians need to force their message on the masses. Libertarians need name recognition.
Lastly i would like to say to the American voters. Those of you who voted for the Democrat candidate thinking you will get some free stuff, just remember you never get anything for free. Your so called free things you think you will get will come at the expense of higher taxes, less rights, and more government control.
Last night you made your bed, only now you have to sleep in it. Remember that when things are not going the way that you think that they should, you voted for this. You voted for "free" healthcare that will dictate what doctor you can go to and what procedures you can have. You voted for inferior education at a premium price with no say on what goes on. You voted for redistribution of wealth that will end up being nothing more that the government taking more of everyones money with you seeing nothing but more government wasteful pork spending.
You may ask why i am saying this when i also voted. I did vote, and i can say these things because i voted for what is right. I voted for less taxes, less government, more rights, more government accountability, and more freedom. I voted Libertarian. And only those who voted the way i did can say that. Everyone else voted for a form of Socialism (some voted for more extreme versions than others) and now they will see what their vote will get them.
I pray that in 4 years a real change will take place, and that change will get us back to the Constitution.

But today is the day, the day we all have been waiting for. This is the day where your voice can truly be heard. So get out and Vote, Vote for who you think is the best for this country and yourself. Vote for the one that will fight to give you your rights.
Don't let others pressure you into vote for someone you do not feel is right to be the leader of this country.

Our Freedom On Life Support
With the upcoming election right around the corner, it seems that our basic freedoms given to us by the Constitution is in jeopardy. The socialist leaning Democratic party is already putting a plan together to start stripping rights in the event that they win the election.
They are already planning to implement the long gone Fairness Doctrine. A policy that will force television, radio, and the web to give differing viewpoints. I feel that this is a horrendous stomping on our rights. No where in the Constitution is it stated that we have the Freedom to listen to opposing speech. It gives us the right to free speech. This policy will do nothing but limit free speech in every aspect of our life, mainly through force legal wrangling by forces that oppose the things you say.
It is time that we stand up and demand our rights and fight for them. No one else will. We have to fight against these socialist demons that are trying to pull the plug on the life support to our Constitution. Life support that they have put it on.

On a headline today is a quote from our President. He says that the government involvement with the bank takeover will be "Limited and Temporary".

The Saga Continues
Well the saga just continues spiral out of control on the lawlessness of our government when it comes to this whole bail-out situation. I have said many times on here and to others about how this whole thing is unconstitutional, the bill was unconstitutional, the idea of socialist control is unconstitutional, not to mention will have dire consequences on us.
Well it has just gotten worse. It seems that with the government giving themselves more power has come to an all time high, with end in sight. The government is continuously hell bent on complete and absolute power over everything. The governments minions create a massive problem, and them think that they are the only ones with the answer. To Hell with us, To Hell with the Constitution, To hell with Capitalism, this is their thought and mantra.
Yesterday, the Fed called in 5 or 6 of the most major banks in this nation, and gave them an offer they couldn't refuse. It seems all to reminescent of The Godfather. Although if the banks would have refused, it wouldn't have been a horse's head in their bed, no the government would have made sure it was their head.
The fed basically told the banks that the government was buying a major interest in the banks and that there was nothing the banks could do about it. So our government has forced its way into the banking sector. What is the need for our government to do that? Control. Our government has been driving us down the Socialist highway for quite some time now, and it seems that now they have kicked the car into overdrive to speed the trip up.
The only ones that can stop this is us, the American Citizens. We can not rely on anyone else to do it for us, can we? We must stop this NOW! It is time for Americans to get off of their asses and stand up for themselves, their neighbors, their fellow citizens, their country, and THEIR CONSTITUTION!
I implore you to do what i am doing this election. Vote Libertarian! Thats what i will be doing, and i will make my voice heard. For those elections that do not have a Libertarian Candidate running i will vote for the Candidate that did not vote for this bailout. If the incumbent candidates on my ballet voted for the bail out, i will vote against them regardless of who the candidate is (thats only if there is no Libertarians on the ticket).

What An Oxymoron!
There is a report from the University of Texas about free speech. There were two roommates on campus that put up a poster in their dorm window supporting Obama. The University didn't like it and ordered the students to remove it, even though ther was another student that had put up a poster supporting McCain. The school has a rule barring posters and other items from being placed in the dorm windows, in an attempt to control how the exterior of the schools buildings look. The President of the school overturned the rule until a committee could be appointed to investigate options to the rule that would allow for the school to maintain control, without catch flack about Freedom of Speech.
When the two men in question were asked about the situation, they replied that they had the freedom of speech which allows them to display such things.
Now i will not argue against them on this point. They do have the Freedom of Speech which allows them to do things such as what they had done. Now if the school was privately funded it would have been a different matter, because it would have been on private property. But since the school is publicly funded then private property doesn't exist.
But what i think is very ironic in this whole matter is this, and i think these young men, like so many are, is that the same Freedom that they have right now, will be diminished more after this election. Both major candidates have a proven track record to not put much thought into the preservation of our rights. Look at their voting records on bills that deal with Illegal Search and Seizure. Both candidates will throw the Constitution under the bus for the furtherment of their own beliefs and their owns parties Socialistic ways.
So you are using your Freedom of Speech to speak for a person that is hell-bent on taking that right away from you!

Now i will not argue against them on this point. They do have the Freedom of Speech which allows them to do things such as what they had done. Now if the school was privately funded it would have been a different matter, because it would have been on private property. But since the school is publicly funded then private property doesn't exist.
But what i think is very ironic in this whole matter is this, and i think these young men, like so many are, is that the same Freedom that they have right now, will be diminished more after this election. Both major candidates have a proven track record to not put much thought into the preservation of our rights. Look at their voting records on bills that deal with Illegal Search and Seizure. Both candidates will throw the Constitution under the bus for the furtherment of their own beliefs and their owns parties Socialistic ways.
So you are using your Freedom of Speech to speak for a person that is hell-bent on taking that right away from you!
Sounds like an Oxymoron to me!

What Does This Show You!
Well there is a headline today that states " Obama camp spending 3 to 1 over McCain on TV Advertising".
So what does this say to you?
To me it says this. Let me preface by saying that i DO NOT LIKE NOR WILL I VOTE for either one of the 2 major candidates. Read the name of my blog and you will get a hint as to who i am voting for.
I know some would say that this shows how Obama is serious about getting his message out.
- I would say that it shows a little character on McCains part. His voting record doesn't, but this does. It shows that he understands the value of a dollar, and the need to save for unforeseen problems. Now don't think i am giving him a green light as a candidate, because as a senator he has failed to show this same financial character. But people tend to act different with their own money than with other peoples money. But it does show some frugality when it comes to his own money.
-It also shows that the Obama camp is willing to spend like there is no tomorrow just for the sake of winning a lame duck position. I think it shows that he doesn't care to be somewhat frugal with his own money, that he will have far less restraint when it comes to our money.
- It shows that McCain and his camp would rather speak their mind in front of people instead on a TV screen through an ad. Obama would rather try to sway the people through propaganda techniques.
Now both candidates have failed to give any substantial plan on how to fix any of the problems we face, it is always about what the other candidate will not do.

The Raid
Well as most of you have heard. There was a raid on a Columbia Farms here in the upstate here in South Carolina. The raid happened yesterday by INS and other agencies. The took around 300 illegals into custody.
On the local media here they were interviewing some family members. One Hispanic lady was worried for her family member whom she hadn't had any contact with since he was arrested. But the one that got me was this one white lady whose boyfriend had been arrested. Her response was this (paraphrased of course), They need to think more before they just go in and arrest people, they are taking away income from families, possibly making them go on government assistance since there is less money for the family to live on.
So this is my response to this lady. SO WHAT! Don't live and rely on an illegal immigrant, and this won't happen. IF YOU ARE HERE ILLEGALLY, YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY RIGHTS! So to this lady, i say, you got yourself into this by being involved with someone that you knew was an illegal in this country, and that everyday there is a chance he would get caught and be deported.
Don't get me wrong. I am not against immigrants, we are all here due to immigrants. But if you come here by trying to get around the law, this is what you get. So come here by obeying the laws of this country and we will welcome you with open arms.
As for this lady, educate yourself and quit being selfish, thinking you are more important than anyone else!

Ugh!
There are a few things in this society that get my anger up. They include the way this country is run, the socialist agenda being forced on us, the whole anti-smoking campaign. But the one i am thinking about infuriates me for the simple fact that people try their hardest to force all responsibility for their action onto others.
The one i talk about is obesity. Everywhere you read or look, there is always something said about obesity. Don't eat this or you will get fat, eat this and you won't get fat. But the one that just chaps my nether region is the idea that government needs to step in and stop fast food restaurants from serving "unsafe" food, or force cereal makers to stop using Characters , or force manufacturers to put big logo's on their product to show that it is "unsafe". But who is the expert that deems these foods "unsafe".
Well today there is a report from a group that condemns the use of Characters on products. The group thinks that because these food companies use mascots, that it encourages kids to buy the product, and since they feel the products are made with too much sodium or sugar or any other item they feel threatened, this group feels that this use of mascots should be stopped.
Well let me start off by saying this. Companies use Mascots, Advertisements, Flashy packaging to catch the consumers eye and therefore increase sales. Why would they want to increase sales? Simple, to make money. A Company that doesn't make money, does exist. I know there are the ones out there that feel that any Company that makes money is an evil company (just like you hear all the time about Walmart, Microsoft, IBM, and Oil Companies). But these are the same people that would complain if they didn't have a job. Guess where jobs come from (Don't tell the politicians but it doesn't come from them), they come from companies that make money. I know that this is sacrilegious to the Socialists of today, but it is true. So companies have every right to use what ever legal means to get their name out there to increase their sales. Its economics 101, unfortunately the socialist here have tried to squash the idea. The people complaining are the same ones that would use the same advertising tactics if they owned a business.
But the more important thing to note is the fact that kids do not buy food, parents do. So even though companies do market products to younger people, this does not mean an increase in sales. Because the group being targeted have no income from which to buy things. The group that has the money is the parents.
So if kids are becoming obese in this country, barring any legitimate medical condition that might cause obesity (such as thyroid issues), it is purely the parents responsibility. Unconstitutional
Well my title says it all. But you may be asking why.
Tonight, our Senate has passed the bail out package that the house failed to pass earlier this week. A bill that by itself was Unconstitutional.
But the Senate's move clearly goes against the rule set for the government. According to the law, The House of Representatives is setup to create the bills (since the House is supposed to be the closest to the American People - thus the term House of REPRESENTATIVES, they are to the true representatives of the American people. This is why they are more numerous in coverage of the State they are from.). The House is supposed to Create, Debate, and Pass or Fail the bills. If the bill passes the House, it is then passed on to the Senate.
The Senate then and only then have the ability to discuss the bill and can then vote on the bill. If it is passed in the Senate, it is then passed on to the President, who can veto or sign the bill into law. If vetoed by the President, the Senate can vote and over ride the veto if the number of votes needed are there.
So, the Constitution does not allow for the Senate to write legislation, especially legislation dealing with financial matters.
But why should the Constitution matter to the politicians in office. It is just a piece of paper, one that has no other purpose than for them to wipe their butts with. But to the American people, it is all we have. It is all that protects us. It is all that gives us any single right that we have. And as long as we sit back like mindless idiots and not fight the tyranny, we will continue to see this great document destroyed.
This bill needs to be thrown out on the grounds of being UnConstitutional. It is our right and responsibility to fight against this. No matter what the politicians think, no matter what the media thinks we should think. No is the time to take back our country.

Why Should I Have To Pay
I saw on the news this morning something that just resparks a debate in me.
This morning the mayor of Columbia, SC was on talking about the new ban taking place in his city and how this was a responsible thing to do. We said that with smoking prohibited in restaurants that this would make these places safer and make less people sick (I paraphrased on this since i do not have the actual quote in front of me). But then he went on to say that he can not wait for a ban such as this to be statewide.
As i have said before, the government does not need and should not be involved in this. Since when is the right of one group more important than the right of another group. What is happening is non-smokers feel that they have more rights being a non-smoker than smokers have. So the public is created a second class citizen out of the smoking population. Basically telling smokers that until they become like the non-smokers they can not have the rights.
But i have digressed, as i usually do with the topic of tobacco rights.
But watching this Socialist mayor (I use that term because, i feel, anyone who is hellbent on taking a right away from another is a traveller on the Socialist/Communist freight train.) sparked another phrase pushed around by the non-smoking elitests, that infuriates me. the phrase is this; Why should i have to pay for a smokers healthcare when they get cancer? You know what you shouldn't. But i mean it differently than the elites take it. The non-smoking elites take that as meaning that i agree with the rights stripping of smokers. But they are wrong. Because i believe that you shouldn't have to pay for it because there shouldn't be a system to where you pay for others. Government healthcare such as Medicare and Medicaid should be ended. You should never pay anyone elses way on anything. Everyone should take care of themselves. That way if you want to do things that others feel are harmful, those others are not on the hook to help foot the bill.
But i will say one thing in response to the Why should have to pay crowd. With the current system we have i will say this. You don't want to pay for smokers health problems. Well neither do i. But i don't want to pay for you son who fell off of a trampoline and broke his leg. I don't want to pay for your daughter who can't drive and wrecked her car. I don't want to pay for your college student who hasn't learned that binge drinking at college is not a smart thing to do. I don't want to pay for your dog who is not bright enough to know that if it chases after a car it can get hit. I don't want to help pay for any of that, but does that mean that i condone the banning of trampolines, cars, alcohol, or animals. No, Hell No!
If it is a right than let no one take it away. Smokers, i give you a call to arms. Fight back against the tyrannical elites in this country that want to tell you what to do (But heaven forbid you push through an agenda to cut out fried foods, porn, alcohol, or anything else that you may feel is harmfull that they do). Stand Up for your rights. Fight this, and I will be standing there fighting right beside you, even though i don't smoke.
A Right is something that must be fought for, even to the death, even if you don't like it or agree with it.

A word of Caution
I would like to say a word of caution to some of the more liberal people out there.
With all this mess going on with the financial market, there has been some talk by The Messiah as of late about dealing with the CEO's of the companies being bailed out. There has been talk that the government needs to take steps to ensure that these "evil" CEO's do not get windfalls when the company is getting bailed out.
The problem with this logic is this. Most of these CEO's have these windfalls signed in contract, when they start the job. So it makes me scratch my head as to how some people want to disregard a legal binding contract because they believe that someone doesn't deserve it. Who are we to say who deserves what? Plus it is none of our right or our business as to how much these guys make. These CEO's are running publicly traded companies for the most part. So the stock holders are the ones that should say yes or no as to how much a CEO makes in that company. If you own stock, then you are an owner and you have a say where as non-owners do not.
So just think about how you would feel if others started publicly complaining about your salary, or your bonus because they didn't think you deserved it.

Get Ready
Well with the news i just heard, Get Ready to ride the Roller Coaster from Hell.
Just a few minutes ago it came across that The House Of Mis-Representatives failed to pass the massive, wasteful $700 billion bail out.
As most of you know, i have been against this since it was first talked about. I am dead set against any involvement from the government on this. Even though the government (Congress being the main culprit) was the main player in the downfall of the financial market, it doesn't need to be involved. The government bailout would only prolong the inevitable and bring about a worse financial mess 10 - 15 years down the road.
Let me reiterate why i feel this way. In 1993 under the Clintonian Institute of Lies & Bullshittery, laws were pushed through (by Democrats) to allow for low income families more access to home ownership (A noble idea on paper, especially for the Neo-Socialists in the Democratic party). Then in 1998 the law was expanded to allow for even more low income families to own homes. Then it culminated in 2000 with even more laws. Now what these laws basically did was force mortgage lenders to give money to people who did not make enough for the home they were buying, who were getting a mortgage over what they could afford, or had no capability to pay the debt back as promised. So the mortgage lenders were giving money to people that under normal circumstances would not have qualified for a mortgages. The life of these mortgage companies were put on the line all because some Politicians with a Socialism agenda wanted to buy the peoples vote, and make it look like they really cared about the "little people". Now this doesn't mean that i think that the mortgage lenders are Scott-free on this issue. There is the issue of them cooking the books to make it look good for investors and regulators all while going deeper and deeper in the hole of lending disparity. So they do have a role to play in this. But it would not have taken place if not for the laws forcing them to do it.
Now why would we trust a government that caused the problem to be capable of being the solution.
So get ready, the market will go heywire. The stock market will do a short term downward spiral. The economic status of this country will be in limbo. But this will only be short term. The market will rebound and be stronger than before. But only if it can be left to handle itself. The more the government dabbles with it, the worse a situation you will have.
I have said many times that our current state of government is hell bent on more and more control. And what better way to gain more control from the people without the people fighting back. Create a situation that will turn bad and then come in and acquire it under the guise of fixing it, and once government has its foot in the door it will not stop until it has complete domination.
As I have heard it said " There is nothing more permanent than a temporary government program".
We must continue to fight to stop this unbridled raping of this country by our government.

thereof, " not to use the "Federal Reserve" to do this. Then there is
the 10th Amendment that is supposed to restrict the powers of
Government. "The powers not delegated to the United States by the
Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the
States respectively, or to the people."
Citizens and voters wake up, if your Representative and Senators vote to
support this UNCONSTITUTIONAL action, REMOVE them from office. If we are
to keep this Constitutional Republic, it is not a DEMOCRACY; we had
better stop endorsing the actions taken by Congress by voting them back
into office. Actor Robin Williams in a movie about politicians had a
great line.

A Message To the "Hurricane" Hugo Chavez!
Well there has been something today that has just pissed me off.
I have said before that this situation in the financial market is not a good one. And one that our current politicians, except for one Ron Paul, have no idea what the economy is or how to fix.
But Hurricane Hugo Chavez has proven that he has no understanding either. He was reported as saying that the problem with the US Market is the Free market. And that we need to get rid of the free market, and change the Constitution.
Well, Mr Chavez ( i would like to call you something else, but i will take the high ground), i will say that you are truly wrong. You see, your Socialist mind can not wrap around something such as freedom to average citizens, but the Constitution is what makes this country great. Our constitution give the people the rights, and the control, not the government. You can not fathom this idea since you are the only ones who control the people. But Mr Chavez, the is nothing more powerful than a citizenry with the rights and the power.
This country of ours is in this financial situation because of the government. The government pushed the Mortgage Companys to grant mortgages to low income families. Then in 1998 the program was expanded. Then again 2000 they expanded it more. Now take in mind that this was all pushed through by a Democratic president and the Democrats in Congress who are all hell bent on Socialist agendas such as Free Healthcare ( which do nothing but take control away from the people and put it into the corrupt hands of a government, Hmmm such as your own).
Our country is in the predicament due to the government. I pray that we, as Americans, will force the government back to its boundaries made by the Constitution.
So Mr Chavez, i pray that you citizens will gain the freedom that they deserve. If it means overthrowing you and your corrupt Socialist/Communist apparatus, I say G-dspeed. May you and Socialists in this world be laid waste, so that true freedom. But as an Semi-Isolationist Libertarian, i urge this to happen without the US getting involved. So that true freedom can sprout from the Seeds of Patriotism.
I pray, Mr Chavez, that yourself, Mahmoud I'm-a-nut-job, Putin, Castro, and any other dictatorial regime be quickly sent to hell with the likes of Hitler and Lenin.

Mindless Idiots
Well with the economy in shambles. All politicians are wanting to get their name in lights as being part of the solution. When any reasonable thinking person knows that solutions by politicians are few, and the problems created by them are many.
Well in a new boute of vote buying, two of the whackiest senile senators in Washington are trying to show that they care about the Americans. Harry Reid and Robert Byrd have come together and wrote some legislation to help stimulate the economy.
The $56 Billion Economic Stimulus Package is being pressed as being a help in this trouble times. But these Political Quacks are so far off the mark it makes no sense. In fact, my 2 dogs and 2 cats could come up with a much better system to stimulate the economy than these 2 donkeys.
Ok so here are the details of this "Stimulus" package that is supposed to help create more jobs. This package would allot $6 billion to extend unemployment benefits by 7 weeks for all and 13 weeks for states with high unemployment rates. This package contains close to $20 billion to increase payments to states for Medicaid. This package includes $55 million to upgrade radios for the US Capitol Police. This package also has $905 million to combat bioterrorism and prepare for possible flu epidemic. There is even talk of it including $25 billion for infrastructure items such as roads and bridges.
Now the question i must ask, as would any smart citizens is this. How does this create jobs? It doesn't, it throws money away in an attempt to fool the public into thinking that these incompetent fools we send to Washington are actually accomplishing something.
I have said it many times and i believe it now, the only true fix is to get the government out of the market and the economy. The market will correct itself, the economy will correct itself. It has been proven many, many times that when taxes are cut, the economy grows and the job rate increases. So just think about how much the economy will grow and you and i will prosper if there were no taxes (or very small taxes). The more money we have, the more that will be put nito our economy. The more that is taken from us by government, the more money that is wasted in a system with no checks and balances, no over sight, etc.
So where is the money going to come from for these idiotic stimulus packages. US, just like always. It is time we take a stand and refuse to allow this raping of our money, our economy, our free market society.
Remember that The Boston Tea Party was acted on because of a 1/2 of 1% tax increase. And our fore fathers started their own country from thier, due to the over taxation. Currently our government has expanded and expanded the taxes to the point where it takes 15% from the average American in just Federal Tax, that doesn't include the Local, State, Property, Sales, Death, Capitol Gains Taxes ( All should be considered Theft Taxes).
If you go up to someone and forcably make them give you a percentage of their money would that not be a crime, punishable by jail time. YES, so we need to punish those politicians that steal from us daily.
So what is it going to take to make us stand and fight?

Open up the flood gates
I am going go into something on this one that i never really go into. Race. I know what i am going to say is going to just down right piss someone off. But if what i say pisses a person, that person needs to look deep and see if it is actually true. Because nothing pisses some people off more than the truth.
Let me start by saying this. I am a Caucasian. I have more friends that are minorities than your average person. Black, White, Blue, Brown, Yellow to me it doesn't matter what the outward color of a persons skin may be. I am friends with people not for the color of their skin, but more important who they are as a person. In fact my ancestors in the Ohio valley were part of the underground railroad prior to and during the Civil War.
But what gets to me is all the talk of race in this country. You constantly hear about race in politics, and people will pull the race card at a moments notice. You constantly hear on TV, radio, news print, and internet about how we are a free society and that a persons color of skin should not be used to discriminate against them, which i FULLY agree with. But when people talk about the need for Race to not be a factor, and then bring race up at every turn, they go against what they said.
One of the biggest questions i have is this. Why is that one group can say a word or phrase and it be ok? However when another group says that word it is a racist comment? If it ok for one it should ok for all. If it is not ok for some it should not be ok for all.
But it seems that with this election season that the race card has been played and played and played. This is a ridiculous ploy. In this season it is no more than a ploy to get people off othe topics and onto race. It is a way to bully one group of people into thinking that if they do not vote for someone that they will be called a racist.
It is time to truly put Race to rest. It is time to look at people for who they are not what they look like, or what their skin color.
We have went from deliberate racism in this country, which was truly uncalled for. However reversing the racism is just as uncalled for.
We should fighting for the rights and liberty of all. Not petty fighting over skin color. Skin color will never fix any of the problems that we are in, but standing up for our rights and liberty will!

The White House is trying to ram through an unsound bailout for the fat cats on Wall Street that could cost at least $1 trillion of your money.
That’s right, thousands of your hard earned dollars will go to make sure that private businesses stay liquid, and can continue making risky, irresponsible loans.
Meanwhile, who is being held accountable?
Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac were bailed-out, and were allowed to continue with the taxpayer-funded safety net that encourages irresponsible lending. Barack Obama and John McCain refused to stand up against the bailouts while Libertarian Presidential Candidate Bob Barr said that this is a “Bailout from Hell!”
It’s time to stop this madness!
The White House has given up on the free market, so it’s up to us, the citizens, to try and defend it.
Call your congressman immediately to oppose the bailout. Don’t let the greedy business interests privatize the profits and socialize the risks. Do it, before it’s too late!

I applaud them, slightly!
I want to applaud the politicians in Washington. Now my applause is not the loud thundering applause that the politicians feel they should receive, its more on the level you would hear on the PGA tour.
The moratorium on offshore drilling is soon to be gone. Democrats have conceded defeat and not brought it back up for vote. The way the moratorium goes, every year it has to be voted to continue another year. Well this year with little to no public support for it, and with it being election year, the Democrats have decided to not force it through.
This moratorium is a good start, but only a start. The politicians are spoon feeding this crap that this will fix the problem with gas prices. And the lemmings of this population believe it.
But there is more that will have to be done in order to see long lasting price reduction.
The first thing to put in place is the pumping of our own supply. Now this will only work IF the extra supply being pumped stays within this country. If the oil being pumped is being sent outside of this country. Then we will see no relief at all. the only thing that would be gained if it is sold outside this country would be tax revenue, and with the way politicians are with money, it would be frivolously spent before it was ever made. Also if we kept everything we pumped, it would cause a surplus on the market due what we were not buying from Opec, thus making the worldwide oil price go down. Not to mention that Opec would not cut production rates seeing as to how their current ally would no longer be helping them prop up the rates. That ally is our government.
The second thing to do is to get it off of the speculative futures market. This will probably bring about the biggest drop in fuel prices, just by itself. Market analysts predict the gas prices would drop to $2 a gallon on average in 30 days or less just from taking oil off of the futures market.
Thirdly, we must build more refineries. Not just more refineries in the gulf cost areas, but nationwide. Currently the refineries in this country are running around 95-97% capacity. Not much room for error if you ask me. So when a hurricane comes through and damages 10 refineries the other can not bump up production to meet the loss. We need to have refineries running at most 75% capacity. We also need the refineries spread out more, to where if a hurricane hits the gulf of mexico it will not put a large number of refineries at risk. Think about it. If you had numerous refineries along the east and west coasts and a large hurricane hit the texas area and wiped out 1/2 of the refineries (which majority of refineries are located in texas). What would happen? We would be out of gas in an instance with supply not regulating itself for months, even upwards of a year. What would you spend on gas then? Look at the gas rationing era in the 70's, that would be a walk in the park compared to this scenario. So if they are spread out around the country, then a disaster in one area would have minimal effect to the nationwide market.
So this is our next fighting point. We need to fight for more refineries. We need to fight to have the red tape removed from companies building new refineries. We need to fight for the futures market be shut down for oil.
We have to fight now, especially since this was just a election year ploy by the politicians to buy the publics votes, by making it look like they cared for the situation.

What Are We Teaching. Our Students?
Well it should come to no suprise to any of us that our public education is failing us miserably. It is also of no surprise that they fail to teach adequetely what the Constitution really means. Why? Because why would they want to appropriately teach on a document that limits them. so they water down the meaning of the Constitution to dumb-down future generations, that way the government will gain more power through the stupidity it helped create. This is by no menas a new concept. This has been happening in one way or another since the induction of the socialist system into our country in the early part of the last century
Well there is a kid that i take my hat off to. In Aurora, CO there is a 5th grader to commended. At his school, they had a Patriotic Day. One where every student was asked to where red, white, and blue shirts to show their Patriotism. Well Daxx (the 5th grader in question) wore a white shirt that he used red and blue marker to write on it. He wrote " Obama is a terrorists best firend" on his shirt. Now he followed the rules the wore a red, white, and blue shirt. So what is the problem you may ask. He was called into the principal's and was told he had 3 options. He could change shirts, turn it inside out, or be suspended. Well seeing as how Daxx is from a very coservative family, one that believes heavily in the Constution, told the principal he would take suspension.
Now think about that. A fifth grade standing up and taking punishment for something he know he has the RIGHT to. Freedom of Speech. Daxx understands this better than most adults.
Here is what this wise young man had to say about it.
"They're taking away my right of freedom of speech. If i have the right to wear this shirt, I'm going to use it. And if the only way to use it is to get suspended, then i'm going to get suspended".
So i ask What are we teaching our students?
We need to be teaching them in school about the utmost importance of the Constitution. We need to teach what each right means. We need to press on them the importance of these rights. We also need to teach them to stand for their rights. We need to teach them to stand up for the rights of others. We need to teach them that we need to fight to the death for the right of all in this country to have that right.

And it begins
I posted a week or so ago on this escalation in tension between the US and Pakistan.
For those not in the know, our administration has given the green light to our special forces to cross into Pakistan to hunt down Al Qeada operatives hiding in the remote mountains. And Pakistan has pushed back stating that any US military personel illegally entering Pakistan will be fired upon by the Pakistani military.
I stated then and i stand by it now, that we do not have the right to enter and run military operatives in a country we are not at war. We MUST have that countries blessing to run raid on their soil.
Well the US military has pushed the Pakistani's on this. There are reports that the Pakistani military fired upon US military aircraft inside Pakistans air space. Once they were fired upon, the aircraft turn and headed back to Afghanistan.
Now i place complete blame on our administration for this. I don't blame any of our military for this, they are following the orders given to them by, guess who, the administration.
It is blatant actions like this that have given the reputation of elite imperialists hell bent on expanding our borders at all cost. This is not the truth, but this is the impression that other countries get of us.
It is time to stop acting like the world is our playground, and that we can all that we want regardless of others soveriegnty.
We must stand up against this before we find ourselves paying for another unneeded war.

Proof of Political Ineptitude
Why is today that it seems like the only ones protected in our society are the criminals. I place this blame on the short sighted politicians that we vote into office and then fail to hold accountable. Too many times politicians will jump onto an issue without looking at spin-off issues that will come from that actions.
The reason i say is this is because of a news report i just read from FoxNews. A man in Connecticut hired a builder to construct a building for his business. This building was to cost $80,000 to construct. The business owner paid the Builder $39,500 up front, to pay the remainder upon completion of the structure. However the builder never showed up to start, much less complete, the construction project.
So the Business owner filed a criminal complaint against the builder. The builder was arrested and charged with Larceny. The builder worked out an agreement to pay the business owner $25,000 and pay restitution on the remaining balance.
This is were it gets the blood boiling.
It seems that shortly before the business owner filed the charges against the builder. The builder filed for bankruptcy, and the stolen amount was included. Paperwork was sent to the business owner informing him of this. However the paperwork was sent to the wrong address and the business owner never recieved the paperwork.

The reason i say is this is because of a news report i just read from FoxNews. A man in Connecticut hired a builder to construct a building for his business. This building was to cost $80,000 to construct. The business owner paid the Builder $39,500 up front, to pay the remainder upon completion of the structure. However the builder never showed up to start, much less complete, the construction project.
So the Business owner filed a criminal complaint against the builder. The builder was arrested and charged with Larceny. The builder worked out an agreement to pay the business owner $25,000 and pay restitution on the remaining balance.
This is were it gets the blood boiling.
It seems that shortly before the business owner filed the charges against the builder. The builder filed for bankruptcy, and the stolen amount was included. Paperwork was sent to the business owner informing him of this. However the paperwork was sent to the wrong address and the business owner never recieved the paperwork.

Lesser Of 2 Evils
This seems to the mantra of the disenfranchised citizens of America here lately. Every election there is a multitude of people that will utter this phrase "I don't like the ones running, but i will vote this person because they are the lesser of two evils".
I think this is one of the greatest injustices to this country that a person can do. It is of the utmost importance to have your voice heard. If you vote for the "Lesser of Two Evils", your vote will not be heard. Because the party you vote for will take your vote as an approval for the road they take.
Now in the day we live in, it is more important to make your voice heard. These days, the few that speak up get their voice mowed over by the preferential treatment that the biased media of today give to the two party apparatus that plagues us.
So i implore to get out this November and vote for the RIGHT person, not the Lesser of the evils ones. Because when you vote for the Lesser Of Two Evils, guess what you get, EVIL. Now i am not calling the two major candidates evil people. I am just saying that their policies (both of the major candidates) are evil. Both parties platforms have become one and the same. They both believe in spending like there is no tomorrow, even when there is no money there. They both believe that the more they spend, the more they can take from us. They believe that our rights are expendable. They believe that a horrible attack on this country warrants spying on the law abiding majority of this country. They believe that they have the right to go into other countries soveriegn land to "hunt down" other people and groups. They believe that they have the right to dictate to other nations how they should act and behave. They believe that they have the right to waste our money on bailing out companies that have gotten themselves financially in hot water, which will come back to haunt us in unimaginable ways in about 10-15 years.
Like i said, vote for who is right. Vote for who you believe is the right person for the job. This election is not a popularity contest. It is not about who is a bigger than life rock star persona. It is about the security, life, liberty, and rights.
So please, PLEASE, i press you to do your homework. Don't look at the Republicans and Democrats to be the end all in politics. Look at Bob Barr and the Libertarian Party, Chuck Baldwin and the Constitution Party, Ralph Nader, Alan Keyes and The American Indepent Party, or any other candidate, which there are many. Find out who is the best and VOTE for that person. Your candidate might not win. But with enough people voting this way, the citizens voice will be heard.
So don't vote the lesser theory. If the two candidates running were Satan and Adolf Hitler, would you vote for Hitler because he is the lesser of the two evils?

Happy Constitution Day!
Well today marks the 221st birthday of the signing of the Constitution. By far the greatest governmental document in history.
It is the great idea of the founding fathers to guarantee our rights and liberty, by making an order by which our government is to adhere to.
So on this great day, take time to remember what we are because of this Great Document, and where we would be without it.
In 2005 it was signed into law that Constitution Day be an official day of observence in this country. All government funded education facilities are to spend the day discussing and teaching on the Constitution.
So i can not wait until i get home today to see what my kids actually learned from this. My outlook is rather bleak on this though. I mean can i really trust a government that hates this document (and tries to diminish it at every turn) to actually truthfully teach on it. Why would a entity teach truthfully on something that is suppose to bind their power.
I pray that everyone would take this time to really think about this document, and its great importance both history and present. I hope that we can use this day to spring board ourself into fighting for this document and everything it stands for. Only the citizens of this country can do that. The politicians and government employees will not do it, it takes the power they envy away from them.
It is time to stand up and demand that the Constitutional Rights already taken from us will given back, and that we will strictly enforce the governments adherance.
If we do not do, then who will.

The Fashion Police
Many towns and county's in this country have been toying with the idea of passing laws about baggy pants. And there are alot that have actually passed laws about.
As annoying as this fashion is, i don't think it is something that laws need to be paased about. I personally don't care for people wearing their clothes like that. But i don't feel like there is anything indecent about it. Sure people walking around with their pants sagging to the point to where you can see their boxers, is not something that you really want to see. But it is still their right to wear clothing the way they want. You don't see people trying to pass laws to stop old men from wearing their pants up to their chest. I personally do not like seeing someone wearing their pants up so high that they run the risk of getting their chest hair caught in their zipper, but it is their right to do so.
I think we need to get back to the basics here on laws. Just because you do not like something, doesn't mean that it should be outlawed. We all like things that others do not.
Well a judge in Riviera Beach, Fl has ruled the law unconstitution. So hopefully we will see these laws finally go away.

Brace Yourself
Well, there is more proof that our current administration is hell bent on creating more wars that involve us. I posted a week or so ago about how the administration has given the green light to special forces to cross into Pakistan to apprehend Al Qeada operative using the Pakistani Mountains as safe haven, without the Pakistani government approval.
I have stated before that we need to recognize the soveriegnty of other nations and only act inside their country when we have their approval to be there. I mean that is how we would demand it to be. We wouldn't allow the Mexicans or Canadians militaries to come across our border to complete military missions. Would We? No! Even though there is proof that the Mexican Military has been doing that lately to capture illegal immigrants in our country. But i digress.
Well it seems that Pakistan has had enough. The Pakistan government has given the order to shoot on site any member of the US Military operating missions on their soil.
I agree with Pakistan. I do not like the fact that our military personell could be killed. And No i am not Anti-Military. I am just the opposite actually. But i feel that our military should not be given the orders to go into another country, without that countries permission.
So if this administration keeps it up, we will find ourselves in another aggresive war. Something we definitely do not need.
It's about time we get out of other countries business and work on our own problems.

Here We Go Again
It seems like our current administration is hell bent on getting us involved more and more into problem in other countries. It also seems like this current administration is hell bent on taking peoples rights away, just look at the surveillance initiatives the administration and the Congress has taken in the name of "safety".
But now the administration is taking it one step further. Well it took it one step further a long time ago when the invasion of Iraq began. But this administration is getting more and more hell bent on violating other sovereign nations rights, for the gain of what this administration wants.
As anyone who listens to any sort of news in this country knows, there is a big problem with the Taliban and Al Qeada believed to be regrouping in Pakistan. The belief is that it is happening in the dense mountainous regions on the Pakistan/Afghanistan border. Now we fought a legitimate war in Afghanistan against the Taliban and Al Qeada after 9/11 since Al Qeada was behind the attacks, and the Taliban gave them harborage and anonymity to plot and attack us.
Well our Special Forces have been under going covert operations along the Pakistani border. The Pakistanis have been forbidding us to cross into their country to under go raids, which is their right. However the US military has been using unmaned drone aircraft to spy on hot spots and to bomb such spots. This has resulted in some civilian casualties from these missions.
I will go on records stating that i believe that these unmanned missions are wrong, if you do not have that countries permission to come into thier land, you shouldn't go, regardless of whether it is by land or air.
Well there is a report out that our Mis-administration secretly gave the Special Forces the ok to conduct missions in the Pakistan mountains to find these strong holds.
I predict that if this type of disregard for other nation's soveriegn land, we will see more retaliatory attacks on us in return, not to mention a possible war with Pakistan over these actions.
We want others to respect us, our rights, our soveriegnty. We MUST do the same. This governmental mentality of Do As I Say Not As I Do, does not work and must be stopped immediately.

Foriegners Want Obama
Well there is a report today of a study done. This study talked to around 35,000 from around the world on who they would like more as president McCain or Obama. More people wanted Obama.
Well here is my take on this. For those of you polled. You are in the country you are in. You are not citizens in this country. Therefore you have no say in this matter. I'm not trying to sound like an elitest or and egotistic American, but you opinion does not matter in this election. The same as our American voice does not matter in an election in your country.
This is just simply the way it is, like it or not. This is our country, our Constitution, our elections. Not anyone elses.
Now what we as Americans need to demand is that the attitutda i have be portrayed from our leaders. For too long we, as a people and a government, have been meddling in other countries affairs. Don't think we do? Then answer why we have our troops stationed in over 130 countries through this earth. We have been brainwashed to the point of thinking that we have to have our hands on the pulse of everyone else.
But what that eventually does is turn peoples ideas about us to be negative.
Its time to demand that we handle our own problems and let other countries deal with thier own. Then, and only then, will we start to get back to a point that we need to be in.
Oh, and for those polled, if you want Obama, you can have him. Free of Charge. And we will also throw in some others in the deal.

But What About The Fairness Doctrine
The Liberals in this country, when they see that their adversaries are getting too much say, try to either shut them up or pass laws to try to squash their freedom of speech to push their own voice.
When a liberal radio talk show in this country has a major following, the liberals will be quiet. Not only that, but when the conservatives complain, if they were to, the liberals would give this ego laced listen of how the conservatives need to be more tolerant. But let a conservative show have a following, and the liberals are anything but tolerant. They pass laws to squash any speech that they do not want to hear. The force the Fairness Doctrine.
Well it looks like the Oh Great Oprah Winfrey is just one of those liberals. She has come out a long time ago, backing the liberal touted Messiah. She has campaigned for him, gave speeches for him, put her name on the line for him. She has done the typical liberal politician thing to do, she prostituted herself to him and his campaign.
Well, you would think with her show being for women, that she would use her show to support women. But that is not the case. She has basically refused to have Sarah Palin on her show. Sarah Palin the candidate for Vice President during this campaign. She is using her show as nothing more than a bully pulpit for the "chosen one".
If she was backing a conservative candidate, and refused to have a liberal candidate on her show, you can bet that hell would freeze over before the liberals let it go.
Now don't get me wrong. Her show is a private show by a private company, so she has the right to have or not have who ever she wants on her show.
But if you want to fight for other people to be "fair" so your voice will be heard, shouldn't you follow the same rule.

Oh What The Elections Will Bring
Well it seems that the election season has brought about the normal flip-floppery out of the politicians. This is the time when politicians will cast their morality, policy, and their stance just to sell themselves to gain whatever vote that they can get. They become the biggest prostitutes in history during this time.
The democrats have been yelling this whole time about how pumping more oil will not fix the gas price situation. They have even went so far, under The Pelosi Brigade, to block any type of legislation that would allow pumping.
Well the Democrats, seeing as how the feeling of the American people is, have changed their mind.
There are some Democrats that have been trying to get a bi-partisan bill that would allow off-shore drilling passed.
Why is it that the politicians will only listen to the American people when, We yell loud enough, When it benefits them, or It is a election year.

Who Is More Qualified?
Isn't it just amazing the lengths that politicians will go to show that they are better suited to handle this situation or that situation. And they will say some of the dumbest things to try to prove themselves.
Well today it happened again. Obama has come out saying how he is better suited to handle a catastrophe, such as Katrina, than Palin (McCains running mate). Here is what he said from CNN's website.
“My understanding is that Gov. Palin’s town, Wassilla, has I think 50 employees. We've got 2500 in this campaign. I think their budget is maybe 12 million dollars a year – we have a budget of about three times that just for the month,” Obama responded.
Our ability to manage large systems and to execute I think has been made clear over the past couple of years and certainly in terms of the legislation I’ve passed in the past couple of years, post-Katrina.”
Ok first off, how do these two things even compare. Obama has been a state senator, then a federal senator. He has no experience in any capacity when it comes to handling a catastrophic event. He was not in office during 9/11. He was not in office when the war started. He played no role of any kind during the Hurricane Katrina debacle besides touring the area. Did he father one piece of legislation dealing with Katrina (Or any piece of legislation period during his 173 day tenure before campaigning for president). the answer is a resounding NO!
Furthermore, what does running a campaign of 1500 people have anything to do with experience. A campaign is made up largely of volunteers, not paid staff. The candidate, on the national level, has very little say in what happens. He may guide the portrayal made of himself but that is all. The paid staff are the ones making the decisions and guiding the ship. Not the candidate.
Plus why is Obama worried about a Vice Presidential candidate. I could see if it were the presidential candidate, but vice president candidate. I mean people like himself wants to tout the job of the president. But what does the president actually do. Does he pass laws? No! Does he create jobs? No! Does he have any control over the economy? No! The president is really no more than a figure head for our government. And thus either he gets undeserving praise for something good, or he gets unneeded heat for something bad. Sure he can influence things, but as for actually doing anything, he has very little control. the true power is held by the Congress and the Courts, and The People (or at least it should be if the politicians would keep their nose out of our rights).

Well, leave it up to politicians to come up with inventive new ways to take your money away from you. Well politicians in Alabama have taken the senister lead.
Alabama is looking into charging its state employees a fee if they are deemed to be obese. This is all touted to help with budgetary shortfalls, and to make their employees maintain a more heathly lifestyle.
Well i feel both of these reasons are wrong. Alabama you are having budgetary shortfalls because your jackass leaders are addicted to spending money that is not theirs. Also the jackass politicians are try to dictate how a person should live. The phrase Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness comes to mind here. If in your pursuit of happiness, there lies you being overweight, what right does government have to say anything about it.
I know i will get the arguement from some saying that overweight people put a burden on the system, and will cost us more tax money for healthcare when the retire. This might be true. But if the whole medical system was privatized with no government involvement, it would not be a factor. Because in a competitive free market society everyone would pay for their, no one elses. But truly does overweight mean that you will have more health issues? No, i know plenty of healthy "overweight" people. I personally am around 240 lbs, 10 years ago i was around 190 lbs. I see the doctor less now than i did 10 years ago. So i think this crap about health problems should be put to rest.
But my main problem with this scenario that Alabama is trying to push is the humiliation that the government is bringing to the table. One of the ideas they are trying to push is to have office weigh ins. Making it to where you have to step on the scale in front of everyone in the office. This is pathetic step to try to humiliate people into doing what you want them to do.
People of Alabama, and we have a few readers there, i would hope that you would stand up for those in your state and see this idea defeated.

From The Don't Question The Messiah Files
There has been some stories going around about Obama and his dealings with a man Named Bill Ayers. Mr Ayers was a 60's era radical, hell bent on the destruction of our country. He was involved in numerous bombings that blew up statues, buildings in the Chicago area. not to mention taking part in riots in the Chicago. 3 of his associates were blown up and 2 wounded while in the process of making a nail bomb, a bomb that was meant to be used on a nearby Military Base. He has even professed his involvement in bombings in New York City, The Pentagon, and The Capitol Building. But later recanted his confession as fiction.
Mr Ayers went on to become a college professor. It is during this time that he met one Barack "Insane Hussien" Obama.
Now it has all come to light about the involvement between these 2 men.
Obama's campaign held fund raisers at the home of Mr Ayers. He has had Mr Ayers on the campaign trails with him at times. One of Obama's Senatorial runs in Illinois was launched from the home of William Ayers.
Now there has been some investigation on the relationship between these two men. And just when the truthful information comes out, the Obama camp tries to shut it down.
The Obama campaign has recently sent out an email to supporters to barrage any station that brings this topic. Their intent is to shut this story down. They are wanting supporters to call show host, producers, management, etc and demand that this story stop. Now these supporter have been faithfully following their Messiah. The have bombarded the airwaves with their phone calls. But in all of the instances i have heard, once questioned, they can not give a reason to what is wrong with the story.
Why would Americans actually vote for a man that has ties with the likes of a terrorist such as William Ayers?

Practice What You Preach!
We have been bombarded with the self absorbed environmental ideas of the likes of Al Gore. they constantly tell us we have to do this and have to do that, we have to stop doing this or do more of that, or our planet will die. They always want to preach their greater than thou message. They want us to think that they are more intellegent and are more suited to push the environmental policy. A policy that has no basis or proof to it. But that doesn't stop them, they just turn the tables and say that those who do not believe in global warming are brainwashed and idiots.
But it is funny to me how they will force feed all of this global warming crap. They will try to dictate what we have to do. But they, for some reason, feel they are exempt to the same rules and laws they push.
Al Gore, the patron saint of the Global Warmongers, was proven to spend around $10,000 per month on his home just for electricity. This doesn't include the natural gas or water usage at his home. But he keeps quiet on that. He also keeps quiet, as do the other celebs like him, on his constant usage of private jets to take him where ever he wants to go.
But the Liberals are all The Do As I Say Not As I Do crowd. Their Elitest mentality forbids them to think they are held to the same laws and standards as the "Commoners" the rule over. Thats right they believe that they RULE over the citizens. As a side note, these people believe that the Constitution is no more than a piece of paper in which they can wipe their butts with, but i digress.
The Democratic Elitest National convention touted all along that there convention this year would be completely green. They would bring people in to separate trash, transportation would be done by bike not cars, wooden hotel keys would be used (instead of plastic), and low usage bulbs would be used.
Well lets see if they completed their goal.
Separated Trash - It was deemed that the volunteer "trash sorters" were needed in "More Important Area"
Transportation - Bikes were over ruled due to security issues, SUV's and Luxury class cars were used instead, and left running with the air conditioning running prior to people using them, so that the people using the cars would not have to deal with a hot vehicle.
Wooden Hotel Keys - Physicallt impossible to use, plastic was used.
Light Bulb - The normal buls were used, not energy saving bulbs.
Sounds like they want to preach one thing but do the opposite!

Finally Some Truth
Well as we all know, one of the main Hot Topics during this campaign season is the war. Now up until a few years ago i was a die hard Republican. I also was also a die hard supporter of the war in Iraq.
However after stopping and thinking of our country i do not agree with the war. Not from the Democratic view of it being an illegitimate, illegal war, based on false statements. Now it could have been initiated based on faulty intel. But i feel that we should not have been there period for the simple fact that we need to deal with our own problems, not those of those half way around the world. We need to deal with problems in our own country and help the countries surrounding us. The Iraq situation should have been dealt with by the surrounding countries in Iraq's general vacinity.
Now don't get me wrong and think i am like some people, and blame our military for everything. I salute the men and women that serve this country. These men and women volunteered to put their life on the line for us and our freedoms. I stand behind and support these people. But i don't like the policy that has sent these men and women to this war.
Well there is a General in the military that says that the marines are really no longer needed in Iraq. He says that troop withdrawal could begin immediately due to the lack of violence in that country. He also said that the troops could go down to 2 infantry groups to help maintain backup for the Iraqi forces.
It is nice to finally see someone that will finally give a true picture on the situation in Iraq. Now only if the Higher Ups would listen, learn, and act on it.

The Rockstar Messiah Of Politics Has Spoken
As all of you know, the beloved Obama Bin Socialist is being looked at by the media (and supporters) as the Savior Messiah of this country. They tout him as being a demi-god of rock star proportions. They believe that he will lead us into the promised land of politics, unfortunately this is one where the streets are paved with Socialist ideals, and where everyone will everyone will live happily ever after dining at the table of Communist Gluttony (but the only gluttons allowed in a Communist ideal are the leaders, the others eat the left over scraps).
Well the messiah has spoken on immigration, more importantly the language of immigrants.
He said, a while back, that "Instead of Making Sure Immigrants in this country speak English, you need to make sure, as parents, that your kids can speak more than one language".
Why is this? Mr Messiah we speak English in this country. If you want to come live here, we welcome you, but learn to speak our language. If we come to your country can we expect you to learn our language. NO, thats not the way it works. The Democrats have become the biggest bunch of quacks and kooks i have ever seen. If it were up to the messiah we would have to learn the language of every dialect on this earth. Does the messiah know how to speak in every language, of course not, its his job to tell others what to do, not actually do what he says.
Do as i say, not as i do. Thats the Democrat way!

An Idiotic Democrat
Ok so i have a quote from an Idiotic Democrat Leader, which in both parties (Republicans and Democrats) there are plenty of them, but this one takes the cake.
As most of you know that the Democrats are fighting tooth and nail to keep from drilling, mainly because the have been hijacked by the environmentalists, but thats besides the point.
Well Nancy Pelosi, the greater than thou Majority leader who has been blocking any legislation to allow drilling that will at least help with the gas prices.
But not only the drilling, they also want to get us off of our usage of fossil fuels due to the fact that the Global Warming crowd has also been hijacking their party.
Well Nancy Pelosi to the press said that we need to get everything set to use Natural Gas in our cars so that we can stop our use of fossil fuels.
Now i am sorry, but it sounds like the public school system that she funds failed her, because Natural Gas IS a fossil duel.
Just another reason why we need to get these idiots out of office and get rid of government run education, this idiotic woman is an example of both of these.

"I feel i am suited to be president more than any other candidate."
Wow, you mean to tell me the Communist King knows more about how to be a president than any other candidate out there, even the one that picked him to be vice president.
I am sure these are going to get more frequent and more humorous.

Biden - Open Mouth Insert Foot - Part 1
For those of you not in the know, Joe Biden (The Messiah's Vice President) has a very big problem with having diarrhea of the mouth more than any other politicians. To me it is humorous. So i will be posting on these as they come along, which i would bet will be quite often.
The other day, Joe Biden, was asked a question on the failure of Washington DC schools to educate the students.
His response for the reason of the failure of DC schools to properly educate students is because of the mass amount of minorities that go to these schools.
To me it looks like he is saying that the minorities are not capable of doing well in school.
His staff then came out saying, that his comment was not what he meant. He meant that since minorities in these areas do not make the pay that other groups do, the schools do not get the support that they need.
Good try staff, but your boss said exactly what he meant, and to think that people will actually vote for him.

From the convent-ion
Now as some of you may already know. I have not watched the media circus known as the biggest meeting of liberty strippers, also known as the Democratic National Convention. I am refusing to watch this media circus, the same as i refuse to watch the upcoming media circus from the other party next week.
The reason i refuse to watch is because i see through the words into the underlying meanings that the speakers have in mind. This is usually Americans are Stupid, they can't think for themselves, they NEED us to make decisions for them. So i get really pissed off listening to this verbal diarrhea. So what i do is wait and read the synopsis of what happened, read available transcripts, etc. This keeps my mind clear to effectively respond to what is said and what goes on.
So i have one the just gets me. It gets me as to how, people that have nothing to do with a situation will try to take credit for it.
Hitlery had her speech last night and something she said took me back a little.
She mentioned that Obama is the man that will bring our troops home.
I'm sorry Adolfina Hitlery, this is going to happen regardless of who is in office. A deal has already been struck to have us out by 2011. and no one in our government had anything to do with it. It was all pushed through by the Iraqi government for the soveriegnty of their own nation.
Why can't politicians give the credit to where it is due? And it is not us.

Where Is The Tansparency?
Time for a Change, that the Obama Mantra during this political season. There is also another Mantra that keeps getting pushed around, Unity.
So the Democrats are pushing for both Change and Unity. But it is amazing how that all changes when they get together. They only WANT TO CHANGE America, not WANT CHANGE FOR America. And they are hell bent to show unity in their own party. When that is all but impossible.
So the Democrats are the one pushing change through the Convention. There is a major push to change how they cast their delegate votes at the convention. Obamas camp is putting a push through to have the votes cast at the Hotel Breakfast, instead of on the convention floor. Then on the Convention Floor they will show the winner. That way they do not have to show the votes that went to Hillary or any other candidates.
But this wreaks of conspiratory ideals. It seems that they want to hide what is happening at the Convention from all of the outsiders.
Why would the party that touts so much for the American, which any one with half a brain knows that nothing good comes to fruition from that party, try to hide its actions from the American people?
If they can't be upfront at a gathering of their own, how can we trust them to be upfront with the masses if in office?
